General Terms & Conditions

1. Formation of the Contract

By placing an order, you are making a binding offer to us to enter into a contract with you.
We may accept your offer by sending you an order acceptance for your order by email or by delivering the goods you have ordered.
We will first send an email to the email address you have provided to confirm that your order has been received (order confirmation).
However, no sales contract shall arise until we have sent you our acceptance of the order by email or we have delivered the goods you have ordered.
The order process in our online shop involves 6 steps.
In the first step, select the goods you want.
In the second step, log in to our shop.
In the third step, click on the shopping basket. The items you have selected will be displayed.
You can still change the quantities at this point.
In the fourth step, click on "Checkout" and then select your shipping method.
The shipping costs for your order are shown here.
In the fifth step, select your preferred method of payment. You can also change your invoice address.
You must tick to accept our Terms & Conditions before you can proceed to the final step.
In the sixth step, the details of your order are displayed once again and you can send your binding order to us by clicking "Buy".

2.Storage of the Text of the Contract

We will save the text of the contract from your order.
You may print out the text before sending your order to us by clicking on "Print" in the last step of your order.
We will also send an order confirmation and an acceptance of your order with all the order data and our Terms & Conditions to the email address you have provided.

3.Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until payment in full of all outstanding claims.

4.Prices & Shipping Costs

All prices including VAT.

For shipments with a higher weight, the shipment will be divided into several packages and the shipping costs will be added accordingly. The actual shipping costs for your shipment are displayed in the shopping cart.

Please note: In some cases, shipping by freight forwarder is preferable to shipping by parcel service. This decision is up to the sender. If this results in additional costs, we will of course coordinate this with you.
