Flexible and space saving archiving with tube mechanisms
With tube mechanisms, you now archive punched papers in a particularly flexible and space-saving way. The tube mechanism can be adapted to the required filling quantity. Therefore, you need less storage space than with a file folder. You can still turn over individual pages and thus easily remove or add comfortable.
The advantages of our tube mechanisms are briefly summarized for you:

File folders are very convenient for filing punched papers. Finally, the lever arch mechanism of a file folder can be easily opened to remove or add individual papers. In addition, the turning of the individual papers is very comfortable.
Folders are therefore a good choice if the filing papers are needed regularly.
However, file folders have one major disadvantage: they require a relatively large amount of storage space. Because no matter whether only individual sheets of paper are filed or the maximum of the folder capacity is reached, the file folder always requires the same storage space in the filing cabinet due to its design.
If papers are no longer needed regularly, it makes sense to choose another form of archiving.
Our tube mechanisms are best suited for this purpose. The flexible tubes allow the tube mechanisms to adapt to the papers to be archived. Thus, only the storage space is needed, which is actually caused by the papers.
Tube mechanisms also offer advantages over other organizational means. They have more capacity than a folder. In addition, the individual sheets can be turned over in a tube mechanism and simply removed.

The tube mechanisms are available in two different versions. The non-self-adhesive version you should choose if you simply want to store the archived documents loosely on a shelf or in an archive box. With the self-adhesive version, you can easily create archive folders yourself by sticking the self-adhesive tube mechanism in a cover.
